How do I Cancel Bushfire.io Pro?

If there’s anything we can do to help improve our service, please provide some feedback – we listen to it all and incorporate it into everything we do. All of the features and improvements come from suggestions or little niggles you have.

Honestly, it’s a bit harder than it needs to be because of all of the different providers and their rules. Cancelling your account depends on how you signed up for Pro.

Determine how you Subscribed

First, let’s determine which provider managed the subscription. You can do this by going to My Account, after signing in, and you’ll see Subscribed via Stripe, Google, Apple or Licence.

To Cancel a Stripe Subscription

1. On the My Account view, within Bushfire.io, select Actions and then Manage Subscription.
2. On the next page select Cancel Plan.

To Cancel an Apple Subscription

1. As Apple manages your subscriptions for us, you need to complete this via your Apple device or Apple account.
2. On your Apple device (not in Bushfire.io), go to Settings, select your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Select Bushfire.io and then Cancel Subscription.

To Cancel a Google Subscription

1. As Google manages your subscriptions for us, you need to complete this via your Android device or Google account.
2. This is usually completed by opening Google Play, selecting your profile, selecting Payments & subscriptions and then Subscriptions. This guide provides more specific instructions: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481
