Fix Sign-in-with-Apple Issues

It might be quickest to login with Google, Facebook, Microsoft or Email.
When you try and login with Apple, we verify some details including your name and email address. This occurs once, and so if you delete your account or something goes wrong, this process needs to be reset.
Web Browser
If you’re using a browser, this problem is fixed up by:
- Signing in at https://appleid.apple.com/.
- Select “Sign in with Apple”
- Select “Bushfire.io”
- Select Stop using Apple ID, and then confirm.
- Back in the Bushfire.io App/Website, try and login again with Apple.
iPhone / iPad
If you’re using an iPhone/iPad:
- Open Settings
- Select Apple ID, or your name.
- Select “Password and Security”
- Select “Sign in with Apple”
- Select Stop using Apple ID, and then confirm.
- Back in the Bushfire.io App/Website, try and login again with Apple.
Fix Login with Facebook Issues

It might be quickest to login with Apple, Google, Microsoft or Email.
You might receive the error FB_LOGIN_ERROR_UNABLE_TO_VALIDATE TOKEN_OR_EMAIL_NOT_VALIDATED_WITH_FB when trying to login with Facebook.
This occurs because during the login process either:
- Your email address is not verified with Facebook, and you will need to verify your email address with Facebook. Or,
- You did not grant the “email” permission when signing in via Facebook. This can be fixed by granting the email permission shared with Bushfire.io or checking here.
